Very accommodating to clients' requests, responsive staff and their service is impeccable. Inquiries are well received from their Instagram page. I have booked them twice already and they maintain the same consistent service.

Plus, they have a QR code system for registration so there will be no writing of forms needed during of the day of testing. Their teams are prompt on the appointed schedule especially for homeservice. One of the best value for money lab testing facilities and they are now my family's preferred lab!

Yesterday I booked for Rapid Antigen Test (home service) for 2 households in preparation for the holidays and was pleasantly accommodated today. Their client onboarding process was seamless and the nurse did an efficient job in collecting specimens for the test. Results were ready within 15 minutes.
